That is where the Yummy Camp Lunch Program (YCL) comes in!  The Yummy Program is based on offering children nutritious, fresh, and creative dishes made with organic & natural ingredients at an affordable and competitive price. Not only are these meals organic and fresh, but we add “hidden” benefits in every YUMMY bite! There are extra fruits and veggies in every meal that are so surreptitious that even the most suspect Little Tummy has no idea.  

The Yummy Program not only meets, but surpasses the guidelines of the National School Lunch Program and every administrator’s expectations!

Some examples of meals that we offer to our schools are:

• MILD Buffalo Chicken Wrap (Breaded Baked Chicken Tenders, Lettuce,Tomato, Blue Cheese Crumbles), Baked Chips, Fresh Fruit
• Turkey Sandwich (Hand Carved Turkey, Lettuce, Tomato & a “Hidden”Sweet Potato Puree on Whole Wheat), Baked Chips, Fresh Fruit
• Grilled Chicken & Swiss Sandwich (Grilled Chicken, Swiss Cheese, Lettuce & Tomato w/Aioli), Baked Chips, Fresh Fruit
• Chicken Chopped Mediterranean Salad (Chicken, Romaine, Cucumber, Olives, Red Onion, Tomatoes, Chickpeas w/Low Fat Balsamic Vinaigrette), Pita Chips, Fresh Fruit
• Italian Sandwich on Ciabatta (Ham, Salami, & Provolone Cheese w/Lettuce, Tomato & an Aioli), Pretzels, Fresh Fruit
