No refunds or exchanges are accepted if you or your child misses any Classes, Testings, Tournaments, books, videos, and used or worn merchandise. Exchanges will be made for shipping errors by SFYS (i.e. wrong size or wrong product shipped). All merchandise must be returned within 5 days of your order's delivery date.

·  Items must be in as-new condition, in original packaging with the packing slip, with any/all warranty cards, manuals and accessories within 5 days of your order's delivery date.

To return a package, include a copy of/original packing slip that was sent with the order. If the packing slip is not available, please include a personal letter with your exchange information.
 
Please make sure the box is securely wrapped and be sure your package is insured and prepaid. South Florida Youth Sports LLC will not pay the shipping charges on returned items. We will make every effort to speed delivery of your exchange. Please allow a minimum of 3 weeks to process your request.
